Requires 2 precise lava boosts to get over the gap.

This can simply be done with lava boosts and healing.

Course 7 Troll Star

This location is not enabled if the logic is set to reasonable or lower.

The star is just outside the Eye Rock fight, above the vanish grate.

Bowser 3 Troll Star

This location is not enabled if the logic is set to reasonable or lower.

This star requires you to enter the hidden pipe in Ending Isle, use a fly guy to get there. Also requires Bowser 2 Ticket.

Course 2 Star 3 and 6: getting onto the wooden platforms without the cannon

A well timed drop on the shell into a wallkick can make it up.

Course 8 Star 5: without the wing cap

You can backwards slope kick on the slop to the left of the beginning of the level to reach the pillar with the star.

You can lure a bob-omb into the corner of the glass near the course 5 entrance to clip through it.
